T-Mail does not disclose any personal information to any third parties. E-mail messages are not read and generally not stored on our servers. If there is a delay in the translation due to server load or net congestion, we temporarily place your untranslated document in an encrypted, offline database. Our new site will come on-line soon which will include web access to your own POP3 mailboxes from any browser and limited web-based email translation services for your messages. This extended service will be secure and encrypted for your privacy. T-Mail catalogues the number of translations performed per language pair, the MT software utilized (more than one company may provide translation services for a given language pair), and the size of the messages presented. This collated information does not contain user-specific data and is shared with our translation software partners.
